South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities Dining Hall Renovation

South Carolina Governor’s School Dining Hall

Elevating the Student Culinary Experience.

Batson Associates led the renovation of the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities’ Dining Hall, in collaboration with PFA Engineering, Carolina Engineering Solutions, Fuller Group LLC, and J. Davis Construction, creating a more welcoming, functional, and engaging culinary experience for students, faculty, and guests.

Designed to foster connection and community, the revitalized dining environment features an optimized seating layout, increased seating capacity, and expanded meal options to better serve the diverse needs of the school community.

Modern finishes, an inviting atmosphere, and improved spatial planning.

The renovation extends beyond the interior dining space to enhance the exterior environment, thoughtfully blending function and aesthetics. Modern finishes, an inviting atmosphere, and improved spatial planning create a dining experience that supports both everyday meals and meaningful moments of gathering.

Batson Associates is proud to contribute to the daily experience of SCGSAH’s students and faculty through a dining environment designed to bring people together.
